Ingredients 

  • Coconut- ½ (thin slices)
  • Flax Seed Powder- 1 tablespoon
  • Rock Salt- 1 teaspoon
  • Green Chili- 1 ( chopped in two pieces)
  • Curry Leaves- 16-20 pieces
  • Water – ¼ cup
  • Coconut Cold Pressed Oil- 1 teaspoon
  • Mustard Seeds- 1 teaspoon

  1. Add sliced coconut, flax seed powder, rock salt, and green chili in a blending jar.
  2. Also, add 8 to 10 curry leaves along with water and give all the ingredients a good blend. 
  3. Transfer the Chutney to a Bowl.
  4. Now for the tempering, heat a frying pan and add coconut cold pressed oil. Add mustard seeds and 8 to 10 curry leaves. Let them all crackle.
  5. Now, pour the tempering with the help of a spoon into the bowl of coconut chutney. 
  6. Voila!! Your coconut chutney is ready to serve!
